Returns & Exchanges

At Aggieland Outfitters, we want you to love your Maroon and White gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for the shipment to reach our College Station warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange and send a confirmation email within 3 business days.
